The objective of our personal and professional coaching program is to advance individuals’ professional and/or personal growth through a series of interactive coaching sessions. These sessions are open and honest. We listen to all issues and concerns and offer suggestions for growth by supporting the individual’s well-being and success. In addition, we share the best of what we know with the individual and we know a lot!



Discrimination/Sexual Harassment Prevention





Not you too! You do not want your business to be negatively connected to the “Me Too” movement we are experiencing in this country today. Providing mandatory training to your employees on this subject will put your business in a much brighter light if you are required to face a judge for sexual harassment or discrimination violations. Remember, you are responsible for the behavior of each person in your employ. Your physical workspace could be an act of discrimination/sexual harassment. W&A can help you identify and avoid possible violations.



Family and Medical Leave Act Training





The Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”) may be an extremely difficult Act to follow. Violations can mean serious consequences for you and your business. Manager/Supervisor Training





Properly training managers and supervisors is imperative to the security of any business. Employment practice laws change constantly. If managers are uninformed about employment practices, they are unable to appropriately manage the supervisors. If supervisors are uninformed, they are unable to appropriately supervise the workers. We offer training in properly recruiting, interviewing, managing, supervising and terminating employees.
