W&A has over 30 years of experience in law firms and other for-profit and non-profit organizations. We anticipate, analyze and respond to client needs timely and efficiently. W&A was on the cutting-edge of how the legalization of marijuana affects the workplace. We achieve goals timely while providing excellent client service. W&A is resourceful, applies logic to solve problems and gets the job done!



About The Founder



Donna R. Whitehead holds a certification in human resource management from the American University a certificate in Human Performance Improvement from the American Society of Training and Development an undergraduate degree in Management from Potomac College an MBA from the University of the Potomac and is certified to administer the Myers Briggs Assessment.


Donna has participated significantly in the evolution of “human resources” practices and continues to grow in this area. She has held such positions as Chief Administrative Officer, Executive Director, Vice President of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, Benefits Administrator, Instructor, Legal Secretary, and Retirement Plans Specialist.
